From Lynn, Massachusetts, Eloisa was brought up in a large family whose mother was big on chores! Over the years Eloisa took a liking in cleaning. After having a career in healthcare, she grew fond of caring for others. With all her passions combined she created Monte Mops. It's not just about cleaning but giving the right care and empathy for all to live comfortably and not have to constantly worry about cleaning their messes. Can I book a recurring service?

Yes! And its cheaper too! Call, text, or e-mail for more info on establishing recurring services such as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly cleaning.

Are you pet-friendly and use non-toxic products?

Yes! We ask that you inform us in advance if you have an aggressive pet. We may ask you to have the animal leashed or caged during the service. Besides that, we welcome your pets as we clean. Majority of our supplies are eco-friendly/pet friendly products. We understand the concern of your furry friend and we always take precautions to ensure their safety and yours.

Does anyone need to be home/present?

No! We ask that you inform us in advance if you will be away so we can discuss entry access. It is your choice if you wish to be present or not.

How do I cancel my service?

Call, text or e-mail 48 hours prior to your booked appointment at no cost to you.

Does this business have insurance?

Yes! We have a general liability policy which protects you and our team from any type of losses and damages. Over 1 million dollars of coverage! If you would like to see a copy of our insurance, you may request through email.
